WHAT TO EXPECT:

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been taking piano lessons for years, I would be delighted to share my passion for music and piano playing with you!

I will tailor our lessons to fit your preferences, incorporating any genre you wish. We can follow a textbook and have a clear set of goals with scales and exercises, or we can learn your favourite songs with the right accompaniment. Do you want to improve in music theory or sight-reading (prima vista)? We can include that as well! :)

One of my main goals is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, as they are an essential part of the learning process. Don't hesitate to reach out and arrange your first lesson—I look forward to helping you on your musical journey!

ABOUT ME:

I am a qualified piano teacher with Teacher’s Diploma for the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and I have completed Piano pedagogy courses at Sibelius Academy. Besides, I have participated and won prizes at several international piano competitions and have been passionately teaching piano to students (both privately and in music schools) for 9 years. I have experience of teaching students of all different ages.

Besides teaching and playing the piano, I also enjoy swimming, jogging, reading and trying to wrap my head around intricacies of Finnish language. :)
