Speak English more comfortably at work and in daily life

Hi, I'm Tanya. I'm a native British English teacher from the UK, with Cambridge CELTA and specialist Business English training from Oxford TEFL. I've been working with Finnish adults and professionals since 2011.

Do you understand English well but wish you had more opportunities to actually speak it?

Many of the adults I work with use English at work or in daily life, but don't get enough real speaking practice, especially with someone who can correct mistakes, help with pronunciation and suggest more natural ways to express what they want to say. My lessons give you plenty of time to speak and focus on the situations where you actually use English.

This might include:

Speaking more confidently in meetings and calls
Pronunciation and more natural-sounding English
Fluency and vocabulary for your job
Small talk and everyday conversation
Speaking more spontaneously without translating everything in your head first

Every lesson is personalised to your goals, your work and the situations in which you use English. My approach is friendly, supportive and practical.

Lessons are online via Microsoft Teams and last 45 minutes. The price is €40 per lesson, with flexible scheduling. Lessons are taught fully in English, payment in euros is accepted and invoices are available on request.

If you're interested in trying a lesson, you're very welcome to get in touch. Tell me a little about your English and what you'd like to improve, and I'll be happy to let you know how I can help.

Already confident in your English, but find it harder to access it under pressure? I also offer Find Your English Voice for professionals who want to feel more comfortable and confident using English in meetings, presentations and other high-pressure situations. This isn't about starting again with English. It's about using the English you already have more effectively when it matters.

You can find out more at findyourenglishvoice.uk.

I look forward to hearing from you.
