To give some quick background... I started my university studies back in Finland, majoring in Literature & Finnish Language. However, I left to explore the world soon after and ended up getting my Master's Degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Applied Linguistics. Since then, I have taught ESL (English as a Second Language) in the U.S., India, Australia, and New Zealand. I'm a proud advocate for my country, culture, and native language and have passion for languages and teaching. I have accumulated lots of language teaching experience (with all ages, proficiency levels, and language backgrounds) and have also studied a handful of foreign languages myself, which gives me important insight of what it's like to be in your shoes as another language learner.
