WHAT TO EXPECT:

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been taking piano lessons for years, I would be delighted to share my passion for music and piano playing with you!

I will tailor our lessons to fit your preferences, incorporating any genre you wish. We can follow a textbook and have a clear set of goals with scales and exercises, or we can learn your favourite songs with the right accompaniment. Do you want to improve in music theory or sight-reading (prima vista)? We can include that as well! :)

One of my main goals is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes, as they are an essential part of the learning process. Don't hesitate to reach out and arrange your first lesson - I look forward to helping you on your musical journey!

ABOUT ME:

I am a qualified piano teacher with Teacher’s Diploma for the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and I have completed Piano pedagogy courses at Sibelius Academy. Besides, I have participated and won prizes at several international piano competitions and have been passionately teaching piano to students (both privately and in music schools) for 9 years. I have experience of teaching students of all different ages.

Besides teaching and playing the piano, I also enjoy swimming, jogging, reading and trying to wrap my head around intricacies of Finnish language. :)
