Hello! I offer private piano lessons in students' homes in Kauniainen, Karakallio, Viherlaakso, Lähderanta, Lippajärvi, and Bemböle.

I hold a Master of Music degree in Advanced Performance (Piano/Classical Music) from the Royal College of Music in the UK. I have been teaching piano privately since 2000 and have also worked as a visiting piano teacher at Belmont Primary School in London. In addition, I taught science and other subjects for several years at a cram school for Japanese children aged 8–15.

As such, I have extensive experience teaching children, as well as preparing students for the ABRSM piano and music theory exams, which are taken in Finland and around the world.

Lessons are offered in English or Japanese and take place once a week on weekdays during term time. Additional lessons can be arranged during the summer holidays if schedules allow. I organize concerts for students every spring and occasionally in the fall.

In order to allow as many children as possible to take lessons, I am currently not accepting new adult students. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Lesson fees:
* 30 minutes / 32 €
* 45 minutes / 44 €
* 60 minutes / 56 €
* 75 minutes / 68 €
* 90 minutes / 80 €
* 120 minutes / 104 €
Lessons longer than 60 minutes can be shared among family members.

Typical lesson lengths per person are as follows:
* Beginner level: 30-45 minutes
* Intermediate level: 45-60 minutes
* Advanced level: 60-90 minutes
