I'm a Danish composer, conductor, music theorist, and teacher, who's currently taking a Master's Degree in Music Theory at Sibelius Academy. I have already taught a lot of different music-related things for many years, and I very much enjoy teaching and helping my students develop.

With me you can learn to play piano and learn about various music theory subjects such as ear-training, harmony, counterpoint, analysis, form, music history, score studying, music listening, different styles. I can also teach you about orchestration and how to make arrangements of pieces (but in this case you need to be able to read notes and have some knowledge of the styles of music you want to work on already).

All levels are welcome, if you are a beginner or intermediate or already very advanced I can help you take the next step. And since it is private lessons we can mix different things and tailor it, so it fits with your interests and goals.

If you already are a musician I can also introduce you to the world of conducting, or if you already started conducting I can help you improve your technique/score studying.

And I can help you prepare for exams and entrance exams for music schools or conservatory/academy.

We'll work for one hour, but can go on a bit longer, if we are in the middle of something interesting - I'm not so strict with the time.

Prices are:
30 € for the 1st lesson, since we'll spend some time getting to know each other and figuring out how to tailor the lessons
40 € for subsequent lessons
If you wish to have a more intensive course, where we meet several times a week, you can get it for 35 € per lesson. Or we can make individual arrangements, for instance shorter or longer lessons for different prices.

I speak English, Danish (intelligible in Swedish/Norwegian), and Russian.

We can meet in person or online. Meetings in person can be at your place or at a Sibelius Academy practice room.
