Hi! My name's Julia and I'm an English teacher. I love my work and I'm passionate about languages. I can speak English, Russian, Latvian, a little bit of Spanish and currently I'm learning Finnish. I really enjoy travelling and doing sports. I hope we'll find something in common :)

I have a master’s degree in English studies and several teaching certificates. I’ve been teaching English for around six years and I’ve been a primary and secondary school teacher working with kids and teenagers.

I love using different materials and methods but I particularly enjoy authentic materials which is the source of real-life language of native speakers. I minimize the use of other languages and we go at your pace – I’ll never give you more difficult materials if you haven’t mastered the easier ones.

My lessons are student-focused and the most important thing for me is to meet the student’s needs. If you don’t have a specific goal in mind, I’m
going to help to find it, because I believe that motivation is the key to success. My classes are fun and relaxed, because I think that your interest in
language is the key to productive lessons.
